Role Distinction: Dr. Pozo-Breen serves as a Licensed Clinical Consultant and LPCC. Forensic-informed consultation is distinct from formal forensic evaluation unless specifically retained under a separate, dedicated contract.
Neutrality: All services are conducted using objective, behaviorally anchored practices. Professional neutrality is maintained at all times to ensure the integrity of the clinical analysis.
Confidentiality: Standard clinical confidentiality and privilege laws apply. All disclosures are governed by state and federal law and require proper written authorization or court order.
Jurisdictional Notice: Services are provided as an LPCC in California. Consultations for cases outside California are subject to jurisdictional regulations and may be limited to clinical-to-clinical consultations.
Engagement & Fees
Consultation services are provided on a retainer or hourly basis. Services begin only after the execution of a formal engagement agreement and receipt of the required retainer.
