Professional Clarification

Forensic consultation services are provided upon written request from attorneys, agencies, or authorized treatment partners. Services begin only after execution of a formal engagement agreement and receipt of the required retainer.

Role Distinction

Dr. Pozo-Breen serves in the capacity of a Licensed Clinical Consultant and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
She does not function as a forensic expert evaluator unless specifically retained under a separate, clearly defined forensic evaluation contract.

Therapeutic services and forensic consultation services are contractually and ethically distinct.

All consultation services are conducted using objective, trauma-informed, and behaviorally anchored documentation practices. Professional neutrality is maintained at all times.

Confidentiality

Standard clinical confidentiality and privilege laws apply where appropriate.
Any disclosure of information is governed by applicable state and federal law and requires proper written authorization or court order.

Retention & Fees

Consultation services are provided on a retainer or hourly basis. Engagement terms and fee schedules are available upon request.
