How do I schedule an appointment?

To begin, please contact me through the website or by email at: dralmapozobreen@gmail.com (email is preferred).

Once we determine that services are a good fit, you will receive a secure invitation through SimplePractice to complete intake paperwork. After the required forms, insurance verification are completed, your appointment can be scheduled.

What should I expect in my first session?

In compliance with insurance requirements and ethical standards set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, a diagnosis, treatment modality, and treatment goals are required components of care. These are developed collaboratively during the initial session while maintaining appropriate clinical pacing and client consent.

Is telehealth available?

Yes. Telehealth sessions are available for clients who reside in California. Telehealth is provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and offers the same level of care and confidentiality as in-person sessions.

Billing & Payment

Please note: Insurance coverage or applicable copayment information must be verified prior to scheduling. This allows for appropriate time management of services and is a standard requirement across medical and dental offices.

A credit card is required on file for self-pay services and applicable copays. Payment information is securely stored through SimplePractice’s encrypted system. Appointments may be scheduled once insurance or payment information has been verified.
